Requisitos
- Español fluido (el 100% de la enseñanza se realiza en español).
- Inglés básico o estar en proceso de aprendizaje del idioma para poder comunicarse con los padres.
- Amor por enseñar a niños de 2 a 5 años.
- Persona responsable, cariñosa, con mucha energía y disposición para aprender.
- Bachillerato o GED.
- Ideal contar con Licenciatura en Educación Preescolar o certificación CDA; no es un requisito indispensable.

Requirements

- High school diploma or GED.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA certification is preferred but not required.

We’re currently hiring for two full-time positions:
- Older Twos Teacher | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Three-Year-Olds Teachers | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Lead daily routines, developmental milestones, and memorable learning moments
- Support potty training with patience, encouragement, and consistency
- Create hands-on, engaging lessons that spark imagination and joy
- Foster a nurturing space where children feel safe, seen, and supported
- Communicate with families and teammates to build trusted relationships
- Balance structure and fun, keeping each day smooth, intentional, and joyful
